Agreement

These terms govern use of the Undo extension and supporting service operated by OpsCopilot. By using Undo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Undo provides

Undo provides reminders, price observations, estimated savings, and user-guided workflows. It does not guarantee retailer actions, refunds, returns, price adjustments, warranties, credits, delivery outcomes, or savings.

User control

Users must review captured information and decide whether and how to contact or transact with a retailer. Undo does not place orders or submit returns.

Retailer independence

Undo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any supported retailer. Retailer names identify compatibility only. Retailer policies and item-specific exceptions control, and users must verify them.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Users may cancel future renewal through the available billing controls or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and OpsCopilot does not provide prorated refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.

Acceptable use

Users may not use the service for fraud, abusive requests, unauthorized account access, automated purchasing, interference with the service, or violation of retailer terms or law.

Disclaimer and limitation

Undo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. OpsCopilot disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for retailer decisions, missed deadlines, inaccurate third-party information, lost savings, or indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and termination

OpsCopilot may update the service or these terms and will post an updated effective date for material changes. OpsCopilot may suspend or terminate access for misuse or material violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
